Are you looking for professional material testing to kick-start business production? We offer pilot-scale and full-scale testing services to determine how materials may perform in pelleting, disk agglomeration, or low-pressure extrusion processes.
The first step of our testing service is a safety review, where we examine Safety Data Sheets along with other product requirements. We require approximately 25 kg (50 pounds) of material to do the preliminary testing through the pelleting and disk agglomeration systems. For low-pressure extrusion, only 2 kg is necessary to start the test since this can be performed in our smaller lab units.
